26 & 44 Court St are two high rises in Downtown Brooklyn, located just a few steps from one another. One houses a Planned Parenthood office that provides abortion services, the other is the location of a fertility clinic. The women portrayed in this series were photographed while exiting one of these two buildings, having hypothetically made drastically different decisions about their lives and bodies, and crossing path as they bravely going back out into the world.
