This series of 6 drawings were inspired by everyday objects around my home and the box of colored pencils I bought for my then 4-year old son. The project was an attempt to reframe my everyday surroundings while spending so much time indoors due to the COVID-19 pandemic and my second pregnancy. Using paper and pencil in a small format was also a way to make art despite the lack of external childcare.
