Each flower in "Passing Blooms" was “picked” from a New Yorker’s attire and recreated as a hand-embroidered piece. The limited edition herbarium collects all 15 flowers in the series. Each double sided archival print (front and back of the embroidery) includes a specimen card with the flower’s number, and location/date of collection. An index with photos of the passersby the flowers were “picked from” is also included.

The original embroideries are presented in float frames with their respective letterpress specimen card.
